Expected after the repair: rdma_rocev2 gets 1024 B (IBTA IB Architecture Spec Vol.1 Annex A17 RoCEv2: IB path MTU from {256..4096}; under a 1500 B Ethernet MTU the largest fitting IB MTU is 1024 B), cxl gets 42 B (DMTF DSP0274 SPDM 1.2 MinDataTransferSize = 42 B, the spec-guaranteed floor a requester may rely on; CXL 3.x IDE carries SPDM over CXL.io DOE), uec is EXCLUDED with the reason 'no citable per-packet payload budget in the UEC 1.0 public spec available to this lane' rather than given a number, the three orphan budgets are recorded, and the artifact regenerates at 19 protocols (>= the PREREG minimum 15). The kill criterion of the S05 plan is applied to uec, not silently.",
